Nancy Baldridge

Nancy grew up in Michigan in a family full of entrepreneurs, so business ownership and real estate conversations were familiar to her from an early age. That exposure led her into real estate, and she became a North Carolina Realtor in 1999. Over the years, she focused on residential sales before moving into long-term property management, where she worked her way up to Broker-in-Charge and Director of Business Development for one of the largest property management companies in Southeastern North Carolina.

Along the way, Nancy met Holly and Rich while assisting with some of their rental holdings more than a decade ago. When the opportunity came up in 2023 to join Charter Building Group as the company continued to grow, it felt like the right fit. She was ready for something new and excited to learn the residential building side of the industry while bringing her 30 years of business experience to the team.

Since 2000, Nancy has held an NC Broker’s license, is Broker-in-Charge eligible, and is also a licensed NC Notary. She is passionate about creating organized, efficient processes behind the scenes so clients have an exceptional experience from start to finish. She genuinely enjoys watching the company grow and finding ways to make it better.

Some of Nancy’s favorite pastimes include walking outdoors, cooking, organizing, gardening, listening to live local music and her expansive vinyl record collection, watching sporting events with her husband, reading, and always looking for a good bargain. She and her husband of 25 years are proud thrifters. Before real estate, Nancy owned and grew the Piedmont Triad franchise office of Critter Control, a national wildlife management company. Not only did she run the office, but she also worked in the field handling bats and snakes, so very little rattles her.
