We took the time with Charter to go through and build everything that we wanted so that we would be comfortable. This is our home and that was the key point of building with Charter, you’re not just building a house, you’re building a home that you never want to leave.

Charter Building Group is a known builder in my area and I have liked their homes inside & out for years. As a local realtor, I knew I could trust their product and building quality for our own personal home. We had a more custom build request with a floorplan they had never built before. This all required more attention and Charter helped make that floorplan work with the community and our homesite. Our home was delivered on time and looked absolutely amazing! It was a dream come true to finally walk in the door of our brand new home built just the way we wanted it. CBG was great! We could not conceive a more organized and professional experience which kept us involved and informed even as a long distance (out of state) project. Lisa and I can say unequivocally that CBG has made this an exciting and enjoyable process.
As our project liaison, Holly was always accessible and kept us updated at every step… even graciously taking pictures of our house as work proceeded. Rich was able to translate our design thoughts into workable changes at the blueprint stage and Sean and crew brought them to tangible reality. Page Farrell was remarkably helpful in guiding us along in the interior design phase and we cannot say enough regarding her insight and opinions. Her ideas helped us assemble a beautiful collection of colors, materials and textures. Scottie was and has been most accommodating in the final phases seeing to it that all the finishing touches are in order.
We will miss the excitement and anticipation this process has brought over the past year and all our interactions with the CBG team, but we have gained a beautiful home through your efforts and we thank you all very much.

I have been meaning to write you for some time to tell you how pleased Bette and I are with our new home. The quality of materials and the workmanship exceeded our expectations. Your people were responsive and very easy to work with. We thought we had designed everything into the house we wanted or needed. However, Desiree, Bobby and Dan all made suggestions for additions and changes that enhanced the end result.
Overall, this project was a much more pleasant experience than the two previous homes we’ve built. We have already recommended you to two potential customers and will not hesitate to do so to others in the future.
