They were amazing throughout the entire process. Jill and Anne were so patient and so great with suggestions during the selection period. Cory was incredibly easy to deal with and very detail oriented. He has handled everything we have asked for with such an awesome attitude. Russell has been fantastic as well. Anne has been there with every question and need we have had. This group is the best!!!! My wife and I selected CBG to build our Hampstead home. The subs were amazing as was the attention from their superintendent. We were very satisfied with the entire building process and I would highly recommend CBG.

The process of picking the lot and building the home was seamless, enjoyable, and meticulous. The entire team, in every department and phase of the building process, was top notch. Communication through the process was abundant, our requests were easily met, and we watched our dream home take shape.
At the one-year mark, our home is still in great shape. We have got to know a lot of our neighbors, and we hear stories about their homes, built by different builders other than Charter, have all sorts of problems with little interaction or help from their builder. Not only have we had all our questions answered in our first year, but if I am heading out to do something outside, and a Charter Building associate drives by, they stop and talk and ask how everything is going. It has become clear, with conversations with our neighbors, that Charter just builds quality homes.

We had an exceptional experience working with Charter to build our new home. The engagement from the Charter team and everyone at the company was simply outstanding. It was apparent at every step in the process that they cared just as much as we did about building a great home. From the start, Holly helped customize the design in ways that exceeded our expectations. Jill, Anne and Michael teamed together to coordinate the process and continuously sought and acted on our feedback. They set realistic timelines that really helped us coordinate a seamless move. Nancy was so incredibly responsive, always there to help get even the smallest details addressed. It is hard to imagine a better team to work with. We are very pleased with our new custom built home by Charter. Being over 500 miles away during the building process can be challenging, but Charter made it easy. Holly took our designs and provided additional suggestions to guide us. Jill’s interior design expertise helped us pull it all together. Our visits for selections were well organized with all items documented. Communication throughout the process was excellent. The quality of the materials and the workmanship were exceptional. We look forward to many years ahead in our new home.
We took the time with Charter to go through and build everything that we wanted so that we would be comfortable. This is our home and that was the key point of building with Charter, you’re not just building a house, you’re building a home that you never want to leave.

Charter Building Group is a known builder in my area and I have liked their homes inside & out for years. As a local realtor, I knew I could trust their product and building quality for our own personal home. We had a more custom build request with a floorplan they had never built before. This all required more attention and Charter helped make that floorplan work with the community and our homesite. Our home was delivered on time and looked absolutely amazing! It was a dream come true to finally walk in the door of our brand new home built just the way we wanted it. Very positive experience with CBG! Professional, knowledgeable and had great input and suggestions. We had some thoughts of what we wanted re a floor plan, colors, etc. The representatives at CBG helped fine tune our ideas and adapted their floor plan to meet our needs. Love the finished product and would use them again!
