Patrick is originally from Rocky Mount, North Carolina, and has been part of Charter Building Group for six years. His career in real estate began nearly 30 years ago in developer land sales, and transitioning into residential building felt like a natural next step.
Over the years, Patrick has gained experience across many facets of the industry, with almost 20 of those years focused specifically on residential building.
As a New Homes Specialist, he loves helping people find the perfect building site and floor plan to match their needs. There’s nothing better than walking a homesite with a client and helping them envision what their future home could look like. He enjoys guiding buyers through the process, answering questions, and making what can feel overwhelming feel much more manageable and exciting.
Patrick holds a Real Estate License and brings both experience and perspective to each client interaction. His goal is always to listen first, understand what matters most, and then help create a clear path forward.
A bit more about Patrick: he is an Army veteran and a loyal Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He enjoys spending time with his family and dogs out on the water, and he’ll admit he may have a slight addiction to pickleball.
