Russell has been with Charter Building Group since November 2012. He is originally from Durham, North Carolina, and has always had a passion for working with his hands. Construction felt like a natural fit for him from the start.
He currently has 22 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction, mostly as a carpenter. That hands-on background has given him a strong understanding of how homes are built and what it takes to make them right. As Warranty Manager, Russell focuses on making sure homeowners feel taken care of even after they’ve moved in. For him, it’s about follow-through. If something needs attention, he wants it handled the right way.
What Russell enjoys most about working at Charter is the team. It truly feels like working with family. Everyone works together like a well-oiled machine, and that makes the job enjoyable. Making customers happy and ensuring they feel cared for is what it’s all about. He wouldn’t want to work for any other building company.
In his free time, Russell enjoys seeing live music with friends, as well as fishing, boating, and camping with loved ones.
