Anne Cooley

Anne is originally from Northern Wisconsin and joined Charter Building Group three and a half years ago. Her love of design and refreshing new spaces is what first drew her into the residential building industry. She has remodeled every house she has ever lived in, and before moving to North Carolina, Anne and her husband ran a successful custom home construction business in Wisconsin for over 10 years.

As Project Coordinator, Anne enjoys being part of the process that turns ideas into finished homes. Having been on both the construction and client side, she understands how important communication, organization, and teamwork are to keeping projects moving smoothly. She truly appreciates working alongside a team that tackles challenges together and supports one another every step of the way.

Five years ago, Anne and her husband made the move to North Carolina so they didn’t have to own a snow shovel anymore. Outside of work, she loves traveling, whether it’s across the country or to a tropical island. She also enjoys painting, quilting, beach days, musical theater, and spending time with family and friends. Anne is a proud mom to adult twin girls and three cats.
